Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the general guidelines under which customers may request a refund for junk removal services. By booking a service with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the completed service. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

2. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If a cancellation was made with proper notice (at least 8 hours in advance) and a deposit was paid.

  • If services were not performed as agreed and cannot reasonably be completed.

  • If duplicate payments were made in error.

Refunds are generally not issued if:

  • Items were not ready or accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

  • The customer changed their mind after the service was completed.

  • The removal involved items that were not disclosed at the time of booking and could not be safely or legally hauled.

3. Full vs. Partial Refunds

  • Full refunds may be given when services are canceled properly in advance or when no work has begun.

  • Partial refunds may apply if some, but not all, of the scheduled services were completed.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Late cancellation fees (less than 8 hours’ notice).

  • Surcharges for specialty items or hazardous materials.

  • Completed labor or disposal fees that have already been incurred.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you agree to the revised terms.
